End-User License Agreement (EULA) 📝

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, Mani$Bot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Mani$Bot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

⚠️ Important

This is a license to use the software, not a sale. Mani$Bot retains all ownership rights to the platform, including all intellectual property rights.

You may use Mani$Bot to:

Educational purposes - Learn about stock trading and analysis through paper trading
Research - Analyze stocks and test trading strategies in a simulated environment
Personal use - Track your paper trading portfolio and performance
Community engagement - Participate in discussions and share insights

block Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Commercial use - Resell, redistribute, or commercialize platform data or features
Reverse engineering - Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
Automated access - Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission
Data extraction - Export or redistribute market data, AI analysis, or proprietary strategies
Modification - Alter, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
Circumvention - Bypass security features, paywalls, or access restrictions
Illegal activities - Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or unlawful purposes

copyright Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

Mani$Bot and its licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including:

Software code - All source code, object code, and algorithms
Design - User interface, graphics, logos, and visual elements
Content - Trading strategies, educational materials, and analysis tools
Data - Proprietary databases, formulas, and calculations
Trademarks - "Mani$Bot" name, logo, and branding

Third-Party Rights

Mani$Bot uses third-party services that remain the property of their respective owners:

AI providers - OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity (subject to their terms)
Market data - Finnhub, Yahoo Finance (subject to their terms)
Chart widgets - TradingView (subject to their license)

update Software Updates

Mani$Bot may automatically update the platform to improve performance, add features, or fix bugs. These updates are part of your license and you consent to automatic updates.

We are not obligated to provide updates, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MANI$BOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
Market data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
AI analysis will be correct or reliable
Paper trading results will reflect real-world trading outcomes
Your use of the platform will generate profits or meet your expectations

policy Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANI$BOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Trading losses in real-world markets based on platform information
Damages arising from service outages, errors, or security breaches
Third-party services (AI providers, data providers, payment processors)

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Your Rights

You may terminate this license at any time by:

Canceling your subscription
Deleting your account through Settings
Ceasing to use the platform

Our Rights

We may terminate your license immediately if you:

Violate this EULA or our Terms of Service
Engage in prohibited activities
Infringe intellectual property rights
Cause harm to the platform or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your license to use the platform ends immediately
You must cease all use of the platform
Your data may be deleted (see Privacy Policy)
Sections of this EULA that naturally survive (IP rights, disclaimers) remain in effect

public Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
