Your Watchlist (also called Favorites) is your personalized dashboard for tracking stocks you're interested in. Monitor prices, set alerts, track performance, and never miss an opportunity.
What You Can Do
- Track Multiple Stocks: Monitor all your favorite stocks in one view
- Real-Time Updates: See live price changes and percentage moves
- Price Targets: Set your target entry and exit prices
- Quick Analysis: Instantly analyze any watchlist stock with AI
- Paper Trading: Open paper trades directly from your watchlist
- Add Notes: Keep track of your thoughts and analysis
playlist_addAdding Stocks to Watchlist
Method 1: From Scanner Results
- Run a stock scan with your favorite strategies
- Click the star icon (☆) next to any stock
- The star will turn filled (★) and stock is added to watchlist
- Switch to Favorites view to see it
Method 2: Manual Entry
- Click the "Add Stock" button in Favorites view
- Enter the ticker symbol (e.g., AAPL, TSLA, MSFT)
- Optionally add target price and notes
- Click "Add to Watchlist"
Method 3: From AI Analysis
When you analyze a stock, you can add it to your watchlist directly from the analysis modal.
lightbulbPro Tip
Keep your watchlist focused! Tracking too many stocks (50+) makes it hard to stay on top of opportunities. Aim for 10-25 high-conviction picks.

Stock Information Displayed
For each stock in your watchlist, you'll see:
- Ticker & Company Name: Quick identification
- Current Price: Real-time or delayed price
- Change %: Daily percentage change (color-coded: green = up, red = down)
- Volume: Current trading volume
- Target Price: Your custom price target (if set)
- Entry Price: Your intended entry point (if set)
- Notes: Your personal research notes
- Date Added: When you added the stock
Setting Price Targets
Click the "Edit" button on any watchlist stock to set:
- Target Price: Your profit-taking price
- Entry Price: The price you want to buy at
- Alert Enabled: Get notified when price hits target (coming soon)
Price Target Indicators
When you set a target price, the watchlist will show:
- Green indicator: Stock is near or above your target
- Yellow indicator: Stock is approaching target (within 5%)
- No indicator: Stock is below target range

Adding Notes
Click the "Edit" button to add or update notes for any stock. Use notes to track:
- Why you added this stock (your thesis)
- Key support and resistance levels
- Upcoming earnings dates or catalysts
- Technical patterns you're watching
- Fundamental metrics worth monitoring
Removing Stocks
To remove a stock from your watchlist:
- Click the filled star (★) to unfavorite it, OR
- Click the "Remove" button in edit mode
- The stock will be instantly removed from your watchlist
Sorting Your Watchlist
Click column headers to sort by:
- Symbol: Alphabetical order
- Price: Highest to lowest (or vice versa)
- Change %: Top gainers/losers first
- Volume: Most to least active
- Date Added: Newest or oldest first

Open Paper Trade
Practice trading directly from your watchlist:
- Click "Paper Trade" button
- Enter number of shares and entry price
- Set stop-loss and profit targets
- Click "Open Position"
View Live Chart
Click the "Chart" button to open a professional TradingView chart with:
- Multiple timeframes (1m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 1D, 1W)
- Technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Moving Averages)
- Drawing tools for support/resistance
- Volume analysis

1. Categorize Your Stocks
Use notes to tag stocks by category:

Make it a habit to review your watchlist:
