• You must have a valid Google account for authentication
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2. Account Responsibilities

• One account per person - Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension
• Account security - Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced security
• Unauthorized access - Notify us immediately if you suspect account compromise
• Account termination - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

When using ManiBot, you agree NOT to:

• Violate laws - Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud
• Spam or abuse - Send unsolicited messages, spam the Community Hub, or abuse features
• Manipulate data - Attempt to alter trading results, leaderboards, or analytics
• Reverse engineer - Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Automated access - Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Harass others - Post offensive, threatening, or hateful content in community forums
• Impersonate - Pretend to be another user, admin, or ManiBot representative
• Exploit vulnerabilities - Intentionally abuse bugs or security flaws (report them instead)

Key Limitations

• Simulated environment - Paper trades execute at real-time prices but don't affect real markets
• No slippage or liquidity issues - Real trading involves bid-ask spreads and order execution delays
• Emotional factors - Paper trading eliminates the psychological impact of risking real capital
• No borrowing costs - Short selling on ManiBot doesn't include real-world borrow fees
• Perfect execution - Paper trades fill instantly; real trades may experience partial fills or rejections

Important: Paper trading success does not guarantee profitability in real markets. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

• No guarantees - AI predictions are based on historical data and patterns; they may be inaccurate

Your Content

• Community posts - You retain ownership of content you post in the Community Hub
• License to ManiBot - By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content
• Prohibited content - Don't post copyrighted material without permission

credit_card Donations & Payments

If you choose to support ManiBot through donations:

• Voluntary - All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Stripe processing - Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• No perks or rewards - Donations do not grant special features or privileges (unless explicitly stated)
• Tax deductibility - ManiBot is not a registered charity; donations may not be tax-deductible

What We Are NOT Liable For

• Financial losses - Any losses incurred from real-world trading decisions influenced by ManiBot
• Data errors - Inaccurate stock prices, delayed data, or incorrect AI analysis
• Service outages - Downtime, maintenance, or technical issues preventing platform access
• Third-party services - Issues with AI providers, market data APIs, or other integrations
• User actions - Decisions you make based on platform information or AI recommendations
• Security breaches - Unauthorized access to your account (use strong passwords and 2FA)

Maximum liability: In no event shall ManiBot's total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

block Account Termination

We May Terminate Your Account If:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You create multiple accounts to abuse features or promotions
• Your account remains inactive for more than 2 years
• We are required to do so by law or court order

You May Delete Your Account Anytime

• Contact support or use the account deletion feature in Settings
• All your data (trades, watchlists, preferences) will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Community posts may remain visible but will be anonymized

update Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via:

• Email notification (if enabled in preferences)
• In-app banner on login
• Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this page

Continued use of ManiBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, please discontinue use and delete your account.

public Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ManiBot operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action lawsuit.
